Refund and Return Policy
We gladly accept authorized returns and exchanges. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you have an item you would like to return, email us at Wearhijab.pk@gmail.com with your order number that contains the item. We will then get back to you for further assistance. Items must meet the following guidelines in order to be authorized:
- Returns must be authorized within 7 days of the ship date received the hijab store will not authorize any returns after 7 days.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear, tags not removed) in the original packaging.
- Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at +923193273783 within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Costumer get their refund within 7 days if they received defective items.
- Final sale items (non-returnable & non-creditable, no exceptions)
